Biography of Melisa Pearce

Melisa is a multi-talented psychotherapist, business trainer and personal coach. As a Summe Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University, Melisa opened her private practice in Psychotherapy in 1986. In addition to her group and individual clients, Melisa created weekend retreats for individuals or families to discover their inner workings at a much deeper and experiential level. This resulted in lasting change for her clients and she soon found her niche in assisting people to create patterns of success, inspiring them to produce massive results.

Always an entrepreneur and with a strong background in sales, Melisa has owned and operated a variety of successful businesses. This insight to traditional and nontraditional business created the convergence of her techniques to assist business owners and sales people in maximizing their capacity. She has developed a series of tools and techniques to foster growth that is authentic and hard core to the development of individual and team endeavors.

Melisa has a contagious enthusiasm and touches every participant’s heart. She speaks with realism and sincerity about her own pathway in life and brings richness to the discovery process unlike any other facilitator or speaker you have encountered.

As a certified public speaker, keynote emcee and corporate trainer, Melisa has also graduated from the prestigious Mastery University with Anthony Robbins. She brings the Robbins’ research and technology to her work. She is a Certified Professional Speaker, having earned her certification from Speaking Dynamics International, Inc. She is also certified in Gestalt Therapy and is a presenter of the Keirsey Bates Temperament Sorter.

Melisa’s lifelong passion is her horses. Melisa breeds her World Class Stallion and competes on both a National and World Class level herself with her paint horses. Her children reflect the lessons that she teaches others by representing happy, healthy young individualists who have, in their own right, proven their success in the ventures that they have chosen to undertake. Their examples prove that she does understand a great deal in the personal realm of parenting and relationships.
